My professional journey began in technical and operational environments, where I first became familiar with the importance of statistics, reporting and performance measurement in a real organisation. Reviewing the work of personnel and machinery, preparing management reports and seeking ways to improve productivity gradually shaped an analytical and results-oriented outlook that has remained with me throughout my career.
After that, working on technical and executive projects in different parts of the country introduced me to a new range of managerial and commercial responsibilities. Participating in technical meetings, negotiating with employers, following up contracts and taking part in public and private tenders gave me direct experience of commercial relationships and organisational cooperation. It was during this period that my B2B activities began in a serious way.
In the next stage, I entered entrepreneurship by establishing and managing a specialised business supplying and distributing equipment for double-glazed doors and windows. The activity began in Yazd and later expanded to Isfahan and parts of southern Iran. During this period, alongside developing sales and the market, I worked with factories, manufacturers and workshops and contributed to the launch, equipment and growth of several production businesses. This experience taught me that market development is not limited to selling a product; at times, it also means accompanying a customer through the formation and growth of their business.
My work then continued in contracts, employer relations and the development of commercial cooperation. During this period, I worked with different organisations in transport and services and took responsibility for negotiation, contracting, developing relationships with organisational clients and following up services. At the same time, project-based cooperation with builders and professionals in the construction sector formed another part of my experience.
My personal interest in investment and financial markets led me to pursue this field seriously as well. Study, training and practical participation in the capital market gave me the opportunity to become more familiar with different investment methods, opportunity assessment and financial decision-making. Working in investment advisory also helped me develop a more complete view of the relationship between business, capital and economic decisions.
In later years, my activity in the door and window industry and in the supply and distribution of its equipment became more prominent again. In this path, I assumed responsibilities in executive management, decision-making, branch management, sales, contracts and the direction of commercial activities, and this cooperation continues today.
Together, these experiences—from technical work and performance analysis to management, sales, contracts, investment, market development and cooperation with different organisations—have shaped my professional path today. More than anything, I now seek to use practical experience, market understanding and effective communication to turn scattered opportunities into realistic, executable and trackable paths.
