This page explains what information mojtabadashti.ir collects, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated: 24 October 2026.
What this website collects
Only what you send through the contact form or the initial assessment form: your name, company, country, email address, phone or messaging number, preferred contact method, and the description of your business topic (product, markets, stage, objective, timing and any extra notes you write). The form also records technical context needed to handle it: the page you came from, the page language and campaign (UTM) parameters if present. The site does not ask for payment details, passwords or identity documents. Please do not put them in free-text fields.
Saving at the first step
In the initial assessment form, your contact details are saved when you press “Continue” on the first step, before you finish the form. This lets the review start even if you do not complete the later steps. If you do not want this, use the email or WhatsApp links on the site instead.
Why it is used
Only to read your request, reply to you and, if you ask for it, assess your business topic. It is not sold, rented or used to build advertising profiles.
Who processes it
Form submissions pass through Cloudflare (hosting and security) and are forwarded to a Google Apps Script service that stores them in a Google Sheet and sends an email notification to the site owner. These providers act on my instructions and have their own privacy terms. Because of them, data may be processed outside your country. If you contact me through WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn or email, those services handle your message under their own policies.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It loads only after you interact with the page (or after a few seconds) and may set cookies in your browser. You can block it with your browser settings or an extension; the site works without it. The site does not use advertising cookies. Fonts and scripts are served from the site itself.
How long it is kept
Form data is kept for as long as it is needed to reply to you and to keep a record of the business conversation. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what data I hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by writing to the email above. I will answer within a reasonable time. The site is not directed at children.
Changes
If the way the site handles data changes, this page will be updated and the date above changed.
